RETURNS POLICY

Please choose carefully, refunds are not provided for change of mind.

Curiously Obsessed packages all our unique pieces with much love, so the occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare, but should it occur please contact us at info@curiouslyobsessed.com within 48 hours and we will minimise any inconvenience and organise a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

1. The item/items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. 
2. The product(s) must be new, i.e. unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in their original packaging and/or tags attached. 
3. Email us at info@curiouslyobsessed.com with your name, invoice number, product name, and reason for return and request for replacement. 
4. All freight costs for returns and deliveries will be at the customer's expense. Curiously Obsessed can not be held responsible for any products lost/damaged in transit.
